How do I order with uRevised Hosting?
  1. Go to http://www.urevised.com/hosting/
  2. Choose your package - normally the 'Bronze' package will be sufficient. Click 'sign up' at the bottom of the column of your chosen package
  3. Enter your chosen domain name in the search field on the next page. If your domain is already registered choose 'I will update my nameservers on an existing domain' and speak to me about how to do this. If no domain name is registered and you are starting from scratch choose 'I want urevised.com to register a new domain for me'.
  4. If your chosen domain name is free to register then the screen will tell you 'Available! Order now' and will quote a price. Check the box to confirm your selection and click 'Click to Continue'
  5. On the next screen choose your billing cycle (annual cycle saves money) and choose whether to add a backup option. Backups are possible anyway, but the 1Gb Time Warp backup option means backups are simple and automatic and for 95p/month it's worthwhile to add this. Click 'Add to Cart'
  6. On the next screen you have to add details for the registration of the domain name. Normally choose 'Individual' and add the name of the person who will legally own the domain name.
  7. On the next screen you will see a summary of your bill with a breakdown of the costs for the order. Click 'Checkout'.
  8. You will then be asked to make a payment by credit card, and also to setup a username and password for your account. You will also be asked for an e-mail address at this stage - make sure it's one that will be available to check for many years to come as reminders to pay website hosting bills will be sent to that address, as will e-mails confirming your account has been setup.
  9. Last but not least forward to me the uRevised.com username and password you have set up, and also any e-mails that they send to you immediately after you have placed your order.
