How does the questionnaire function work in Typo3?
The Questionnaire module (pbsurvey) is not included in all installations of Typo3. So first check with us whether it is already installed.
Normally all questionnaires / surveys are stored in folders in the middle column in Typo3. Choose 'List' in the left column, and then look for a folder called 'Survey Folder' or 'Questionnaire Folder' in the middle column. Only use the option 'Questionnaire' in the left column when you want to export data from a questionnaire or survey.
