Moving mailboxes with Horde
1. Download all your old mail to Outlook if possible before starting this process
2. Once that has been done, and the domain name has been moved to the new server (for jef.eu that will take place over the night of 30th until 31st January) then login to the new webmail - webmail.jef.eu for the JEF server
3. Once you've logged in, click 'Mail' in the left column

4. Once you've done that, click 'Options' at the top

5. In the screen that appears click 'Fetch Mail', and you will get a screen like this:

Click 'Edit your preferences for accessing other mail accounts'
6. In the screen that appears add a name ('Old Account' for example). Put in your e-mail address as the username, and your old password, and put in the number as shown below in 'Server', and then click 'Create'

7. Once that's complete click 'Fetch Mail' in the top bar
That's all! If you have any problems please submit a support ticket here.
