What's best to include in a support request?
We need as much information as possible about the problem you face with your website:
  • How did the problem occur?
  • What error messages were shown?
  • Does the same happen regardless of whether you use Internet Explorer or Firefox?
  • Does Server Status show a problem for your server?
  • Can you send some screenshots?
In short the more detailed your questions, the more likely I am to be able to fix the issue swiftly.
